Create Time Sheet Entries for Time Worked on a Task
You can drag and drop an allocation to your calendar to create a time sheet entry for time worked on a task.
To create a time sheet entry for time spent on a task, complete the following steps:

one of the following:
- Locate the allocation in the calendar grid for the task for which you want to create a time sheet entry, and double-click on the allocation.
- Locate the allocation on the Allocated Tasks tab, click and drag it to the correct location in your calendar grid, and drop it.
A blue time sheet entry block appears in your calendar grid. If you used the first method, the time sheet entry's duration is the same as that of the calendar entry for the allocation. If you used the second method, the time sheet entry's duration is 15 minutes by default.
Make any entries or changes to the default time sheet entry. You can click and drag the edge of the blue block to change the duration, and you can change the values in the blue summary row at the bottom of the page.
